CHOCOLATE PICK - ME - UP CUPCAKES cooking RECIPE FREE

--CUPCAKES:--

1 pkg. devils food cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
3 egg whites

--TOPPING:--

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. miniature chocolate chip
morsels

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups. In large bowl, combine all cupcake ingredients at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon evenly over batter in each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool 2 minutes and remove from pans.
