                              HAMBURGER STROGANOFF

    1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 sm. jar mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
1 carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Rice

Brown together the hamburger, onion, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Drain off fat. Add cream of chicken soup. Cook until bubbly. Add sour cream. Cook until heated through. Serve over rice.
