                                           ROUND STEAK MUSHROOM GRAVY

  1 1/2-2 lb. round steak, pounded & cut
up
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3-4 tbsp. salad oil
1 can mushroom soup

Roll steak in biscuit mix and seasoning; brown in salad oil. Place in casserole. Add soup (diluted with 2-3 tablespoons water) to drippings in skillet; cook until smooth. Pour this gravy over meat; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
